Return/Refund Policy

We can’t offer returns currently but we’d be more than happy to take care of you if there was an issue with your order. Please email us at hello@drinkwave.com and we’ll work with you to make things right!

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at hello@drinkwave.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Problems With Tracking

We’ve been there! Sometimes an order will show as “fulfilled” or not-trackable and you will receive a tracking number, but that tracking number will not actually show a forecasted delivery date until it’s picked up by USPS/UPS/FedEx. If you received a tracking number that does not show a status, please check again the following business day and you should see movement.
